Course description:

The course is a continuation of the previous course but  focusesin depth on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases or trauma to teeth. Treatment focuses primarily on restoring teeth from dental caries (tooth decay), trauma, and tooth wear. Typically treatment involves intra-coronal restorations (fillings) and results in the restoration of proper form, function, and esthetics while maintaining the physiological integrity of the teeth in harmonious relationship with the adjacent hard and soft tissues.Topics emphasize in more advanced of hypersensitivity and its etiological factors and management, mutilated teeth and its management, success & failure of different types of restoration ,  repair and replacement of different restorations & their indications.

Course Aims:

The course aims to provide  studentwith kmowledge to diagnose, treat and preventof diseases or trauma to teeth.
