Course description:

This training helps students to visits different sections & departments working with patients suffering from chronic diseases related to nutrition, there will be field visits to see how doctors & nurses deals with these patients / clients practically.

Course Aims:

To identify the most common therapeutic diets used in clinical care.
To identify the various components of nutritional activities applied in therapeutic nutrition.
To develop skills in various components of course module and working with patients/clients.

Course outcomes:

Upon completion the course students should be able to:

Recommend a therapeutic diet to treat a specific clinical nutritional disorder.
Have the clinical skills to deal with the patients/clients.
Managing various complications of diseases in the field of therapeutic nutrition.
