Course description:

The course offers an analysis of the organization behavior through analysis of individual behavior and group behavior in view of their effect on the efficiency of an organization. This class is designed to combine theory and practice in order to bring about a better understanding how individuals, teams, and organizations function.  Particular emphasis is placed on the role of leaders in organizations. The behavioral factors that influence performance perceptions attitudes and personality and how various motives through effective leadership that provide interdepartmental effective communication within the organization are profoundly discussed.

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:
