Course description:

This course is designed to help students improve their knowledge of accounting requirements. It covers a wide range of accounting areas and includes the mechanism of accounting books, registration in the journal, the transfer to the ledger, and the preparation of final accounts and financial statements.

Course Aims:

• To expand the aptitude of understanding  accounting terms in diverse areas of business.
  
• To develop the students' language skills within a business context.
  
• Defining the student's accounting documents and accounting books used in the project in English.
  
• Knowledge of accounting concepts and terminology.

Course outcomes:

• Understanding accounting terminology and concepts.
  
• Register the journal and migrate operations to the ledger.
  
• Preparation of final accounts and financial statements.
